  Since its establishment in 1978, Suez Canal Bank has been keen on playing a significant social role in addition to its banking and financial role. The Bank set up a fund that is managed and supervised by a permanent committee to oversee and evaluate compelling needs of different sectors in the society by continuously providing financial aid and donations mainly to the following sectors :-  

Health Sector  
  • The Bank provides aid to more than 30 of the central and regional governmental hospitals and university hospitals which offer health services to the public free of charge.

  • Also the Bank supports various Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) that provide health services free of charge.


Social Sector  
  The Bank provides support to more than 80 charitable organizations that offer special care for orphans and economically challenged individuals.  
Special Needs Sector  
  The Bank provides support to individuals with special needs by providing means of transportation, and compensatory devices in collaboration with public bodies.  
Economically Challenged Individuals  
  The Bank provides financial support to many low income individuals and families and those who have no source of income in order to provide medical treatment for chronic diseases and those requiring organ transplants.
